Introduction to the Employment Standards Act

As part of the Ministry of Labour’s ongoing commitment to educating employees and employers on their rights and obligations under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA), the ministry has offered to send an employment standards officer to deliver a one-hour information sessions with Qs & As on the ESA. This information session will cover topics such as minimum wage, hours of work, public holidays, leaves of absence, and more.
