Building History

theHubVaughan-Origin

The Building roots date back to the early 1980’s, originally serving as a industrial supply yard.

Over the years, the area developed into a central and convenient crossroad of the #400/ 407 and now subway to service the GTA and beyond. The ‘Jane Corridor’ offers a convenient place to live, work and play. Recognizing that a new concept in storage, workspace and specialty storage was needed, The Hub Multi-Space Facility was born.

Preservation of the of the Westside structure of the building was essential in creating a workspace environment to achieve a true minimalistic industrial and urban open design. All interior design contribute to achieving an understated uniform design scheme of metal, glass and natural materials. The latest building technologies was applied to 100,000 square feet of new construction of the East side of the building to provide a medical grade-like-air conditioned self-storage facility, and state of the art wine storage, complete with humidity control, and emergency power.

Complete with bank-standard safety deposit boxes, executive self-storage, mail boxes, and packaging delivery center

We believe we are offering the first multi-space self-storage and cowork facility of its kind!
